NDC Supports Disaster Relief Efforts at DSWD’s Luzon Disaster Resource Center

On January 30 and February 6, 2026, personnel from the National Development Company (NDC) volunteered at the Luzon Disaster Resource Center (LDRC) in Pasay City to help repack relief goods. As part of NDC’s 2026 Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, managers and staff joined fellow volunteers in manning the production line for the preparation of Family Food Packs (FFPs).

The LDRC, under the supervision of the Department of Social Welfare and Development – National Resource and Logistics Management Bureau (DSWD-NRLMB), is one of the country’s primary facilities for managing and prepositioning FFPs for disaster-affected communities. With a daily target of around 18,000 FFPs at the LDRC, line supervisors guided NDC volunteers to help meet this goal.

The activity stands as a concrete example of the bayanihan spirit, with individuals and organizations working together to support communities, especially in times of need.

The National Development Company looks forward to further assisting the DSWD-NRLMB in their continuing drive to stockpile for current and future calamities.
