Brief Description of Job Responsibilities
1. Assists in the analysis and interpretation of financial statements and accounts classification of the company/projects, and prepares working papers of accounts and financial data gathered before consolidations;
2. Files and maintains accounting documents such as disbursement vouchers, receipts, ledgers, and other accounting records, and ensure that all financial documents are accurately labeled and kept in an orderly manner;
3. Encodes financial transactions in the Financial Management System (FMS) and transmits vouchers (CVs, JVs, and Receipts) to COA;
4. Verifies and assesses financial documents to ensure records and reports are accurate before filling and/or scanning; and
5. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
