Daang-Hari Road Project

The Daang Hari – SLEX Link Road Project or what is now called the Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX) is a new 4-kilometer 4-lane toll road, from the junction of Daang Reyna and Daang Hari in Las Piñas/Bacoor, Cavite to SLEX through the Susana Heights Interchange in Muntinlupa, traversing the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) Reservation. The link-road uses the Susana Heights Interchange as exit and entry from north and south of SLEX. The project included the construction of a new bridge/widening of the existing bridge crossing SLEX as well as the expansion of the Susana Heights toll plaza. Commercial operations commenced in July 2015.

Davao Food Terminal Complex

The Davao Food Exchange Plaza Project is the development of the NDC 25-hectare property in Toril, Davao into an agro-industrial estate economic zone with the following components: food processing centers, cold-storage-warehousing facilities, trading posts among others. The proposed APTC in Davao is intended to provide marketing support to the small and medium farm size vegetable and fruit growers in various barangays in Davao City and Davao del Sur.

Investments in Energy

SAN CARLOS BIOENERGY INC. (SCBI)SAN CARLOS BIOENERGY INC.

SCBI owns and operates an integrated ethanol distillery and power co-generation plant that will produce 125,000 liters of ethanol per day and approximately 8MW of power using sugarcane as feedstock. SCBI is the pioneering ethanol plant in the country and the first in Southeast Asia.

 

RIZAL HYDRO POWER PROJECT

1MEGAWATT RIZAL HYDRO-POWER PROJECT

The Rizal Mini-Hydropower is located at the Pampanga River Irrigation System Main Canal (PRISMC) which is the downstream of the Rizal Diversion Dam in Nueva Ecija. It has a design discharge capacity of 30 cms with an irrigation service area of 12,412 hectares. The project is expected to generate at least 1-MW of power to be supplied to the Luzon Grid.
