Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree related to the job
- Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in startup ventures and other relevant experiences
- Training: None required, but preference will be given to those who have training on government compliances
- Skills: Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Suite, Google Suite)
Brief Description of Job Responsibilities
1. Perform and supervise day-to-day administrative and technical tasks for the
establishment and operations of the Philippine Innovation Hub – Marikina;
2. Initiate and coordinate the development and execution of programs under the iHub, such as incubator activities, startup training, hackathons, etc., ensuring
alignment with key objectives and timelines;
3. Draft and maintain internal documentation, including process manuals, program briefs, and reporting templates;
4. Lead the procurement process of goods and services for the iHub in coordination with relevant departments, ensuring all processes follow government and NDC guidelines;
5. Support the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of iHub programs and services, including data collection, stakeholder feedback, and reporting of KPIs and impact
metrics;
6. Manage calendars, schedule, meetings, appointments, and events; as well as coordinate logistical requirements from meetings, workshops and conferences;
7. Propose new ideas and concepts for events to be held in the Philippines
Innovation Hub – Marikina;
8. Assist the Project Manager and NDC Technical Working Group in the submission of:
a) Documents related to the project
b) Administrative reportorial requirements to the Office of the General Manager and the Department of Trade and Industry;
9. Manage and strengthen the iHub’s relationships with local and international Knowledge Partners, including regular communications, partnership tracking, and reporting on outcomes;
10. Work as part of a team designated to attract more knowledge partners;
11. Conduct Research and analysis on matters affecting the operations and/or related to projects of the Philippine Innovation Hub – Marikina; and
12. Perform other tasks as may be required by the Office of the General Manager, the Corporate Planning Department or the Project Manager.
