Job Summary

 

Responsible for the planning, execution, reporting and management of internal and external communication with the organization. Areas of responsibility includes but not limited to industry and media relations, special events, public affairs, strategic and corporate communications, intra-government liaison and coordination and executive positionings.

 

Qualification Requirements

 

  • Candidate must have Master’s Degree or its equivalent or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC;
  • With at least five (5) years of supervisory/management experience
  • Candidate should have at least 120 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention; and
  • Must possess any of the following CSC Eligibilities:  CSC Second Level Professional Eligibility, CES Eligibility or RA 1080.
  • Full-Time position

1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) and Work Experience Sheet with recent passportsize picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph
2. Performance rating in the present position for one (1) rating period (for government employees );
3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license;
4. Photocopy of relevant training certificates; and
5. Photocopy of Transcript of Records/Diploma
