Job Summary

 

Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the formulation of long range and annual work and financial plans and programs of NDC including formulation of general policies and guidelines on investments. Oversees the conduct of special project studies and researches, market studies/trend analysis, forecasting, and industry analysis and monitoring. Provides management with timely databank information and continuous update on national policies, plans and programs affecting corporate objectives, strategies and plans.

Qualification Requirements

  • Candidate must have Master’s Degree or its equivalent or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC;
  • With at least five (5) years of supervisory/management experience;
  • Candidate should have at least 120 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention; and
  • Must possess any of the following CSC Eligibilities: CSC Second Level Professional Eligibility, CES Eligibility or RA 1080.
  • Full time position

2. Performance rating in the present position for one (1) rating period (for government employees );
3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license;
4. Photocopy of relevant training certificates; and
5. Photocopy of Transcript of Records/Diploma
