Rate: Php 33,584.00/month

Status : Contract of Services

 

Qualification Requirements

 

  • Candidate shall be a graduate of Bachelor's degree related to the job;
  • One (1) year of relevant experience;
  • None required training but preference will be given to applicant with related experience;
  • None required eligibility but preference will be given to those with CSC eligibility;
  • With system administration and data management skills;
  • Computer proficient and must have technical writing skills; and
  • One (1) Contract of Services position available.

 

A.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Determine the feasibility of systems for development and assess if these can be done in-house or via outsourced services.
  2. Develop the information system for NDC’s work processes and assist in the development, if system will be outsourced
  3. Prepare documentation for the information system to be developed, such as flowcharts and project timelines, if in-house; if outsourced, assess the project documentation submitted by the consultant
  4. Maintain in-house and outsourced information systems
  5. Ensure that outsourced systems are functional and meet the requirement of end-users
  6. Conduct user training
  7. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) and Work Experience Sheet with recent passport-size picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph

2. Photocopy of relevant training certificates;

3. Employment Certificate and Clearance; and
4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records/Diploma
