Salary: Php 30,531.00 /month
Status: Contractual

 

Qualification Requirements

 

  • Candidate shall be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/Economics and other related fields;
  • 1 year of relevant experience, e.g. i) Analytical fields such as consulting, transaction advisory, financial or commercial due diligence or investment banking; or ii) VC or PE investments; or iii) Business or strategy roles at leading startups and internet companies in the Philippines/SE Asia Training not required;
  • Four (4) hours of relevant trainings required (e.g. venture capital funding, financial analysis, investments, startups, etc.)
  • Contractual position available;

Other Qualification Preferences

Skills: Excellent analytical, written, oral communication skills, research experience and detail orientation.

Others: Preferably with familiarity with the Philippine startup ecosystem; willing to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, with an entrepreneurial mind set and able to own and work on multiple work-streams simultaneously 

 

Brief Description of Job Responsibilities

 

1.   Assist the SVF Investment team in identifying and evaluating potential startup investments and co-investment partner accreditation;

2.   Assist in sourcing, research and due diligence of investment opportunities;

3.  Create documentations (e.g. reports, etc.) for internal investment decisions;

4.  Assist in portfolio management and portfolio performance tracking by overseeing and maintaining the key performance indicators and growth metrics of the portfolio companies of the SVF; and

5. Perform other tasks as may be required by the NDC in connection with the project.
