NDC seals a 25-year commercial lease deal with the Bistro Group at Italianni’s Circuit

The National Development Company recently signed a long-term 25-year commercial lease with TBG Shared Services Inc., the operator behind such popular restaurant brands like Texas Roadhouse and TGI Fridays in the Philippines. Through a series of amicable negotiations, the lease agreement was finally concluded this 2024.

The low-key signing ceremony between NDC General Manager Anton Mauricio and TBG President Mr. Jean Paul Manuud was held at Italianni’s Circuit, coincidentally one of TBG’s restaurant brands, on February 21, 2024. Among those present was the NDC management team with Asst. General Manager Rocky Acot, Atty. Geneflor Santiago, Atty. Rhoel Mabazza, and Asst. General Manager Saturnino Mejia.

The long-term commercial lease covers a vacant lot owned by NDC along Kamagong Street, Makati City and will become the site of TBG Shared Services' new corporate head office; consisting of up to five floors of office space, along with planned commercial spaces at the ground-floor of the modest building.

GM Anton Mauricio also shared how this lease represents a “professional business partnership and model” of cooperation between the private sector and the public sector.
